2. After about 20 minutes of kneading, add softened butter at room temperature and continue kneading. Note: Open the lid for kneading.

3. Knead until a thin film can be stretched after approximately 45-60 minutes.

4. Cover and let it rise for about 1-2 hours.

5. Once risen to three times its size, press with your finger and if it does not spring back, fermentation is complete.

6. Knead in the bread machine a few times, then remove the dough. This step helps release air bubbles. After kneading evenly, divide into five equal parts and cover with plastic wrap for 15 minutes to relax.

10. Arrange the portions in a loaf pan or other mold with the flat side up!

11. Let rise to about 80% of the mold's capacity at 40 degrees in the oven, placing a bowl of hot water inside for secondary fermentation for about 40 minutes.

12. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle coconut flakes and cranberries on top. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees for ten minutes before baking for 40 minutes at the same temperature from the bottom.13. Cool and demold after baking! Tips:

The absorption of flour varies, so do not add all the milk or water at once; otherwise, if it's too soft, kneading will be difficult. The fermentation time may extend in colder weather; ensure eggs are at room temperature to avoid affecting fermentation. Seal and store the bread in a plastic bag for up to two days or freeze for later use. Allow adequate time for thawing before consumption!

Remove from oven and allow to cool before unmolding!

1Tip:
Flour Absorption varies, so it's suggested not to add milk or water all at once; otherwise, the dough may become too soft for handling. In colder weather, fermentation time might be extended. Eggs should also be at room temperature as refrigeration can affect fermentation. Store bread in a sealed plastic bag and consume within two to three days. Alternatively, you can freeze it and thaw at room temperature before eating!
