Prepare the ingredients

Cut the pumpkin into strips and chop the salted duck eggs' yolks finely

Boil the pumpkin until half-cooked; do not overcook to avoid too soft texture

Dry out the water from the pumpkin strips, coat them with dry starch

Fry the coated pumpkin strips until golden yellow in oil, then remove them
