Steps to make Soy-scented Pork Belly:
1. Cut the pork belly into 1 cm thick pieces and place them in a bowl. Add 4 tablespoons of sweet bean sauce, mix well by hand (make sure the sauce is evenly distributed), then set aside for 20 minutes. Prepare the green onion, ginger, and garlic.
2. Heat oil in a pot. After heating, stir-fry the chopped green onion, ginger, and garlic. Then add the pork belly and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally (do not use high heat to avoid sticking), until well-coated with the sauce. Add yellow wine, old soy sauce, sugar, and stock(or water) and a little salt, adjust the seasoning. Pour everything into a crockpot and bring it to a boil over high heat.
