How to Make Salmon Rice Salad
1. Heat sesame oil in a pan, add about 6 tablespoons of fried fish flakes, stir-fry until fragrant, turn off the heat, and set aside. If there are no fish flakes at home, a few spoonfuls of shrimp chips can be used as a substitute.
2. Marinate salmon slices with salt on both sides, then fry in oil until both sides are golden and cooked through; use a fork to break them into pieces.
