The method for making coconut taro oil duck pot:
1. Remove the skin from the taro and cut it into triangular shapes; cut the salted duck into pieces; chop the garlic into paste; slice the ginger thinly; cut the parsley into segments
2. Heat a wok with oil to about 40% heat, add the taro for warm frying until cooked and golden yellow, then remove from the pot
3. In another pan, add some oil, stir-fry the salted duck pieces first, then add the other ingredients and cook briefly before adding broth (2/3 of ingredient amount) and seasonings for simmering until well flavored, add coconut cream, thicken with a slurry, add parsley, and serve in a clay pot. Gently simmer the seasoned ingredients, add coconut milk, thicken with a cornstarch slurry, and add cilantro before serving in a clay pot.
