Mini Duck Blood The ingredients: duck blood, garlic, old ginger,scallions,,chives, homemade base sauce,vinegar, fermented bean paste,sugar, salt. Mini Duck Blood Preparation:1. Wash the duck blood, cut into small pieces; mince the ginger and chop the chives, crush and finely slice the garlic. 2. In a pot, bring water to a boil, add salt, and cook the duck blood for one minute before removing it from the heat and setting it aside.
3. In a large bowl, add vinegar, then pour in the duck blood.
4. In a pot, add some water, place the homemade base sauce, sugar, and salt, bring to a boil, strain out the solids, and pour the liquid over the duck blood in the bowl; sprinkle with chives.
2 Put water in a pot, boil it, then add blood tofu and salt. Cook for one minute, then remove and set aside.
3 Add vinegar to a large bowl, then pour in the blood tofu.
4 In another pot, add clean water, then put in homemade base material, salt, and sugar. Bring to a boil, strain out the solids, and save the broth. Pour this broth over the blood tofu in the bowl and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
