How do you make slightly spicy and salty stir-fried chili snails?

Burn the chilies.Cook the freshwater snails. The ingredients: field snail meat, burnt chilies, fresh broth, green onions,ginger, soy wine,pepper powder, miso soy sauce,dark soy sauce,,vinegar, salt,monosodium glutamate, sesame oil, pure refined vegetable oil

The method for making burnt chili field snails:

1. Cut the burned chilies into segments and set aside;

2. Heat a pot with fresh broth, bring to a boil, then add scallions, ginger, soy wine, and pepper powder; add the snail meat;

3. Remove the cooked snails from the pot and place them in a bowl, adding miso soy sauce, dark soy sauce, a little vinegar, mix well so that the snails absorb the flavors. Then add the burnt chilies, scallion segments, salt, monosodium glutamate, a little sesame oil, pure refined vegetable oil, and mix evenly before serving.
