Crispy Chicken Cutlet Ingredients:Chicken thighs, meat,eggs,,spring roll wrappers, Szechuan pepper,salt; black pepper, eggs, cornstarch Crispy Chicken Cutlet Preparation: 1. Cut spring roll wrappers into pieces and set aside.
2. Remove the bone and skin from chicken thighs, cut them into thin strips, place in a bowl and add salt, Szechuan pepper, black pepper, eggs, cornstarch, and marinate slightly.
3. Coat the marinated chicken cutlets with spring roll wrapper pieces and fry in hot oil until golden yellow, then remove.
4. Drain the fried chicken cutlets before serving with Sichuan peppercorn salt and tomato sauce.
