1. Cut the beef against the grain into chunks (they can be larger as they need to be tightened, and their volume will reduce after tightening)

2. Place cold water and beef in a pot, bring to a boil, which is the process of tightening.

3. Once the water boils, turn off the heat, remove the beef, and rinse with cold water.

4. While the beef is being tightened, prepare the braising ingredients. For about 700g of beef, use one package of braising seasoning, 8 tablespoons of red wine, 4 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce (for coloring), chicken bouillon, salt, and sugar to taste.

5. Mix the seasonings with the beef evenly and place it in a pressure rice cooker.

6. Turn on the rice cooker and press the cook button. Once the rice cooker automatically switches off, it is done. Place the completed dried beef in a storage box, add curry powder and herbs, shake well to mix the seasonings evenly.
