Steps to make homemade sausage rolls:
1. Cut the sausages into thin strips.
2. In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, yeast, sugar, salt, oil and water. Mix until it forms a smooth dough, about 8-10 minutes.

3. Cover the dough with a wet cloth or plastic wrap and let it rise until it doubles in size.
4. Divide the dough into 8-10 portions, shape each portion into a long strip, and wrap around the sausages. Place them on an oiled steamer tray, steam for 10 minutes.
