Method for Making Sesame Yeast Pancake:
1. Mix flour with water and yeast to form a smooth dough and shape it into a rectangle
2. Roll out the dough thinly, spread some oil on it, sprinkle sesame seeds and fine salt, roll up, stretch it (to make layers thinner), coil it up, and coat the surface with sesame seeds. Press down gently. Refrigerate overnight to ferment

3. Take it out in the morning of the next day.Non-stick Pan Brush a layer of oil on the bottom. Place the pancake inside.
4. Pour in one-third cup (about 80ML) of hot water. Half-bake and half-steamed until the water is absorbed and the pancake is fully cooked through. Fry both sides until golden brown.
