Red Sugar Steamed Rice Cake Recipe Video


Rock sugar SteamingRice cake Ingredients:Sticky Glutinous rice flour 100g,Sweet sticky rice flour 150g. Red sugar 60g, water 85ml. Steps to make red sugar steamed rice cake:
1: Melt the rock sugar in warm water, cool it down and strain out the sediment from the sugar water.
2: Mix the glutinous rice flour and sweet sticky rice flour in a bowl. Gradually pour in the sugar water while stirring until a grainy mixture forms. Try to break up the grains with your hands for better mixing of the powder and rock sugar. Sift the mixed cake powder again to make fine granules.3: Prepare a square baking dish lined with parchment paper, allowing it to extend slightly beyond the edges. Pour in the flour granules and level them out using a spatula. 4: Place the mold in a steamer over boiling water and steam for about 15 minutes. Once cooked, let it cool before removing and cutting into pieces to serve.
Mix the tapioca starch and glutinous rice flour in a bowl.
Gradually pour the red sugar water into the bowl while stirring, until it forms; use your hands to press and break up as much as possible for better mixing of the powder and red sugar.
Strain the mixed powder through a sieve to make fine granules.
