Pumpkin miso soup ingredients: half a pumpkin,onion 1/4 piece, 100ml light miso cream, salt,black pepper,
miso soup with pumpkin puree:
1. Peel the pumpkin and cut it into pieces, then cook in a pot of water until soft.
2. Prepare the onion by chopping it into chunks.
3. Remove the cooked pumpkin, drain off excess moisture, and mix it with the onions in a blender to make a puree.
4. Transfer the pureed pumpkin back to the pot, add the light miso cream, and simmer over low heat until boiling, then season with a little salt.miso soup pour it into bowls,topping surface add some light miso cream and black pepper.
