How to Make Egg Ice Cream

Eggs (2)

Corn starch Milk(Adequate) Pure Milk(1 carton) White sugar (3 spoons)
Steps for making egg ice cream:
Prepare the ingredients: cornstarch, milk, sugar, and eggs.

Beat the eggs in a large container.

Beat the eggs with a fork until the color lightens.(Afterwards, you can sieve it twice to make it smoother.)

Add milk while stirring continuously until well mixed. Add Sugar.

Mix cornstarch with water thoroughly.

Pour the egg and milk mixture into a pan and heat over low flame, stirring constantly to prevent burning.

Once the mixture comes to a boil, add the starch slurry and stir well.

Boil again until it thickens, then turn off the heat.

Cool in the pot.

Transfer to a container after cooling.

Cover with a lid and refrigerate.

Place in the refrigerator for half an hour, then use an electric beater to mix several times.
