The method to make jelly fruit cudweed


Agar Jelly Ingredients Introduction
Main Ingredients:
Dried Agar (100 grams) Water (3000 grams) Rock Sugar (150 grams) Gelatin Powder (50 grams)
Steps to Make Agar Jelly:
Wash the agar with running water thoroughly.

Soak for 40 minutes, then boil over high heat and simmer for 3-4 hours on low heat.

Strain the agar juice after it's cooked. Set aside one-third of the juice in the refrigerator to chill.

Add gelatin powder to the remaining agar juice.

Mix well to prevent clumping, then pour into a container and refrigerate overnight.

You can cut it the next day and serve with the reserved one-third of the agar juice.

Or you can pair it with Milk Tea and Boba together for an excellent combination.

Tips:
The longer you simmer the agar, the more bitter it will be. The ratio of gelatin to water is 1:40.
