How to Make Milk Bean Popsicles


Ingredients Introduction
Red beans Appropriate amount Egg Yolk one Corn starch Two spoons Milk 250ml Sugar, appropriate amount Milk and red bean ice pops preparation steps:
1. First, cook the adzuki beans by soaking them for more than six hours, then cooking them in a pot.

2. After the beans are cooked, add Sugar (sugar) Mix evenly (cooking of the beans can be looked up, I will not go into detail)

3. Place two spoons of corn starch in a bowl 4. Then add three more spoons of sugar (add more if you prefer it sweeter) 5. Pour in milk and stir well before adding the egg yolk

6. Mix evenly, then strain with a sieve.

7. Put the mixture over a pot with boiling water, turning to low heat and continuously stirring the milk liquid.

8. Cook until the milk mixture becomes thick and creamy.9. Place some red beans in the mold.

10. Pour the milk mixture, placing some beans in between layers of milk mixture.

11. Finally, top with a layer of red beans.

12. Cover and let it cool before refrigerating for more than five hours.

13. I made this at night and could eat them the next day.

Re-enter the milk liquid, placing some beans in the middle and re-enter more milk liquid.

12. Cover it and let it cool, then refrigerate for more than five hours.

13. I made it in the evening, and it can be eaten the next day.
