Water-boiled Fish

Ingredients
500g bighead fish
mung bean sprouts 200g
appropriate amount of cooking oil
appropriate amount of salt
ginger appropriate amount
garlic appropriate amount
Shi county red bean paste appropriate amount
scallions appropriate amount
Hot-pot fish slices making steps
1. Wash the fish and cut into pieces
2. Heat oil in a pot, stir-fry ginger and garlic
3. Add red bean paste
4. Add water
5. Put in fish pieces
6. Add mung bean sprouts
7. Cook until done, then remove from heat and serve in a bowl with chili powder added.
8. Drizzle with hot oil

Do not forget to drizzle with hot oil at the end
