Yao zhu stewed winter squash

Ingredients
Winter squash 300g
Mussels 50g
Appropriate amount of scallion granules
Salt to taste
Chicken essence To taste
How to make mussels stewed with winter squash
1. Use half a small winter squash, remove the seeds and pulp, peel it and set aside.
2. Set aside scallion granules.
3. Slice the winter squash.
4. Soak mussels in warm water, then tear them into fine pieces by hand.
5. Heat oil in a pot, add mussels and stir-fry.
6. Stir-fry until fragrant, then add winter squash and stir evenly.
7. Add an appropriate amount of water, salt, and chicken essence.
8. Then cover the pot and simmer until the sauce thickens.
9. Before serving, sprinkle scallion granules over it, stir-fry briefly, then serve.
Tips
Do not use too much water; otherwise, it will be like boiling the squash. The flavor is more intense when stewed.
