Clear-Stewed Red Mullet

Ingredients
Red Fish 1 piece
Scallions 10g
Ginger 5g
Garlic 5g
Appropriate amount of water
Peanuts Oil 20ml
Salt 5g
Baijiu 5ml
Steps for Steaming Red Fish
1. Clean the red fish, remove scales and internal organs.
2. Cut the cleaned red fish into pieces.
3. Heat a pan with oil, add appropriate garlic cloves to stir-fry.
4. Add the fish pieces.
5. Stir-fry until the surface of the fish turns color.
6. Add baijiu to cook and release fragrance.

Tips
The fish meat is very fresh, so no need to add monosodium glutamate.Adding baijiu can remove the fishy smell and enhance the fragrance..
Adding white wine can remove fishy odor and enhance aroma.
