Clear-Stewed Red Mullet

Ingredients

Red Fish 1 piece

Scallions 10g

  Ginger 5g

Garlic 5g

Appropriate amount of water

  Peanuts Oil 20ml

Salt 5g

Baijiu 5ml

Steps for Steaming Red Fish

1. Clean the red fish, remove scales and internal organs.

2. Cut the cleaned red fish into pieces.

Tips
