Ingredients

  Three-color chicken 400g

Wood ear mushrooms 300g

Scallions,

  Szechuan pepper Sufficient

Large spices,

Sweet bean sauce 30g

Rice wine 20ml

1. Soak the wood ear mushrooms, wash them clean

2.Chicken is placed in a pot, add cold water to cover the chicken and blanch to remove foam

3. Heat some Peanut oil in a wok, then add scallion segments, ginger slices, Szechuan pepper, and large spices for stir-frying
