Mutton Stewed with Winter Melon

Ingredients
Mutton 500g
Winter Melon 250g
Enough Water
Salt as needed

Mutton and Winter Melon Soup Steps 1. Place the mutton in clean water for a day to remove blood.
2. Refrigerate while soaking to prevent spoilage.
3. Cut the soaked mutton into small pieces.4. Put the mutton chunks with enough water in the inner pot of an electric pressure cooker and cook on the meat cooking setting until done. 5. Peel the winter melon, then cut it into cubes.6. Pour the cooked mutton broth back into a pot, add the winter melon pieces.
7. Boil over high heat, then simmer to soften the winter melon. Season with salt and pepper powder.
8. Add chopped coriander.
