How to make Radish Shreds Stewed with Chinese Crucian Carp

1. Wash the carp, especially clean the black membrane inside its belly

2. Cut the radish into shreds and set aside

3. Heat oil in a pot and fry the carp slightly

4. Add radish shreds, ginger slices, and an appropriate amount of water to the pot. Bring to a boil and add goji berries.
