How to make stir-fried tofu with Chinese mustard greens

1. Cut the pork belly and Chinese mustard greens into small pieces for later use.

2. Fry the pork belly in a pot with oil.

3. Add the mustard greens and stir-fry them next.

4. Break the tofu into pieces and add it to stir-fry together.

5. After stirring for a moment, add a little water and oyster sauce, salt, and chicken essence, then simmer over high heat for 10 minutes, then reduce to low heat for 5 minutes.

1. Cut the vegetables and meat as finely as possible so they can melt with the tofu when eaten.
2. The longer you simmer the tofu, the better its flavor and texture will be.
