Chinese cabbage stewed with vermicelli

Ingredients
Napa cabbage 200g
Puffed noodles 50g
Appropriate amount of oil
Appropriate amount of salt
Soysauce Appropriate amount
Chinese prickly ash powder Appropriate amount of flour
Chicken essence Appropriate amount
Scallions, appropriate amount
Garlic, appropriate amount
Steps for making stir-fried Napa cabbage and puffed noodles
1. Soak the puffed noodles in water first
2. Clean the Napa cabbage and cut it into small pieces
3. Chop the scallions and garlic finely
4. Fry the scallion crumbs in a hot oil pan
5. Add the Napa cabbage and stir-fry
6. Add appropriate amount of Chinese prickly ash powder and stir-fry
7. Pour in an appropriate amount of soysauce and stir evenly
8. Add the puffed noodles
9. Pour in some water, cover and simmer until the puffed noodles are cooked
10. After the sauce has thickened, add the garlic crumbs and stir-fry
11. Add appropriate amount of salt and stir evenly
12. Finally, add chicken essence and serve
Tips
Soak the puffed noodles first to reduce cooking time
Add more water, as puffed noodles easily absorb liquid; stir occasionally to prevent sticking
I did not add meat, you can add any meat and chili for better taste
