Dried Bamboo Shoots Stewed with Duck

Ingredients
Water duck 1 piece
Dried bamboo shoots (wet)
Fresh ginger As needed
Steps for cooking water duck with wet bamboo shoots
1. Prepare the wet bamboo shoots.
2. Soak the wet bamboo shoots for half an hour.
3. Cut the soaked wet bamboo shoots and set aside.
4. Clean one water duck.
5. Boil water in a pot, blanch the water duck.
6. Put the blanched water duck, bamboo shoots, and ginger slices into the pot with water, simmer for 2 hours.
7. Since the wet bamboo shoots are somewhat salty, no seasoning is needed; serve directly.
8. A delicious water duck soup, tasty wet bamboo shoots.
Tips
The wet bamboo shoots are salty; if you find it too salty, you can add some more water and cook for a while.
Blanching the water duck before cooking will make the broth clearer and sweeter.
