How to Make Pancake Apple Pie

In the hot summer, people tend to be lazy, and making any kind of delicious food feels like a chore. One craved an apple pie, but did not want to make the flaky pastry. This time, using a pancake made it simpler and more convenient, with a crispy exterior and tender interior.
On a sunny afternoon weekend, enjoying a cup of coffee, with a sweet apple pie, makes for an especially relaxing and delicious afternoon tea.
Many friends had also made apple pies using pancakes, but the layers were not as distinct. This time, Little Chef's pancake version of the apple pie offered visible layers—proof in pictures! Now, I will share how to make a layered apple pie with pancake pastry. Actually, it is incredibly simple!

Ingredients: 1 apple, 2 sheets of plain pancake dough,butter 20 grams,sugar 20 grams,milk 1 tablespoon,lemon juice a little bit,
egg wash

Apple pie steps:

1. Cut the apple into small pieces.
2. Melt the butter over low heat, then add the apple pieces.
3. Cook on medium heat for 1-2 minutes, then add sugar.4. Continue to cook for another 2 minutes, then add 1 tablespoon of milk.. Add a littlelemon juice
.2 tablespoons of water.
5. Cover and cook on low heat until the apples are soft and all the liquid has evaporated.
