How to Make Mint Lemon Tea

I planted a mint plant on my balcony. The result is that it has grown more and more. We couldn't keep up with the pruning. That day, we pulled out and threw away a lot of it. But in just two days, it grew wildly again. We can't avoid picking some branches and sprouts. The soil in the flower pot is already struggling to supply nutrients. Some fresh branches and buds were picked for water infusion. Add lemon in summer, it will be refreshingly cool.

3. Add one spoon of rock sugar. Let it steep for 10 minutes.

Do not add lemon to hot water. It will destroy vitamin C and make it taste bitter when consumed.
