Summer Coolness Plate Dishes Ingredients and Tools
Main Ingredients:
Rice(1 bowl) Layer Cake
Puff Pastry(2 pieces)
Seasonings:
Pear(one piece) Kewpie
Mayonnaise(2 tablespoons) Unshelled Mung Bean Sprouts
Onions (1 bulb) Egg
Skin (one piece) Seaweed
(half a sheet) Red Braised Pork Sauce or Red-braised Meat Sauce
Chicken Braising Sauce (2 tablespoons) Cooking Utensils: Miscellaneous, Electric Rice Cooker
Steps for Summer Coolness Plate Dishes: 1. Warm rice mixed with pre-cooked red braised chicken or pork sauce can be used directly.
2. Put on a pair of plastic gloves and shape the selected rice into a large round ball to make the bear's head, then form two small strips and fold them to create the bear's body, finally shaping four small balls for its ears and arms as shown in the image.
3. Make a small round ball with white rice and press it onto the nose area to give the bear a flat nose.
4. This was made by me this morning.

Layer Cake
cut into slices, spread with Kewpie mayonnaise, creating snow-covered mountains like falling snowflakes. 5. Place the layer cake on the plate and use cooked unshelled mung bean sprouts to make two small sleds for the bear, while using onions or mango or carrot strips as ski sticks, also cut out different sized circles from seaweed for nose and eyes.

6. Pears or other white fruits
can be used to make several small pine trees, trim the pear scraps into tiny pieces and sprinkle them on empty spaces of the plate to represent falling snow and ground cover, finishing your coolness presentation! 7. Finished picture, almost forgot! What if the little bear gets a cold in such cold weather?

So, make it an egg skin scarf too!

Tips:
Ingredients can be chosen freely; do not stick to the ingredients listed in the recipe. The scene can also be customized based on your preferred cartoon characters.

Fold the layered cake and arrange it on a plate.
Make two sleds for the little bears using steamed unshelled edamame. Or use green onions or
mangoes or carrot strips as ski poles,

and cut nori into different sizes to make noses and eyes to stick on.
Use pears or other white fruits as a few small fir trees.

Cut the edge pieces of the pear into tiny bits and sprinkle them around the plate for falling snow and ground snow, completing the cool presentation! Remember, in case it's so cold that little bears might catch a cold,
make a scarf out of eggshell fragments too!
Tips:
Choose ingredients freely; don't be restricted by the recipe's ingredients. You can also shape the rice balls into any cartoon image you like.
