Sweet and Sour Rib Roast Method: 1. Prepare the ribs, wash them clean, and set aside a handful of rock sugar. Mix half a bowl of vinegar with a little soy sauce (you can add some old dark soy sauce for color). Prepare enough and star anise and cinnamon bark.
