How to Make Beef and Bell Pepper Steamed Buns in Boxes


Green bell pepper (1 piece)
(a half) Yellow bell pepper (1/2 piece)Red bell pepper (1/2 piece) Steamed buns (3 pieces), cornstarch (a little), soy sauce (a little), salt, black pepper powder (a little), garlic (1 clove).Ingredients for seasoning: None Cooking tools: Wok Carrot and Beef Bun Box Steps: 1. Cut the beef into pieces and mix with a small amount of black pepper powder, cornstarch, and soy sauce.2. Chop the colored bell peppers finely. 3. Heat oil in a wok, then add garlic cloves to stir-fry until fragrant.4. As soon as you smell the fragrance, quickly add the beef pieces.
5. Stir-fry over high heat until the beef pieces are fully spread and change color; season with salt.
6. Add the colored bell peppers.







Adding chicken essence just before serving enhances the flavor even more.Take out the stir-fried beef and bell pepper filling. Steam the well-made steamed buns first.
