   How to make garlic-infused salmon:

 1. Marinate the salmon with a little salt and black pepper powder for about twenty minutes.

 2. Before frying, coat the fish with a thin layer of cornstarch; heat the pan and add a small amount of olive oil and place the marinated salmon inside.
