
First time making tiramisu
! I used less ingredients compared to other chefs, a simplified version! Ingredients and tools for tiramisu
Mascarpone cheese (250g)
Whipped cream (200g)
Egg yolks (2) Sugar (50g)
Coffee (30ml) White coffee powder (30g) Biscotti cookies (20 pieces)
Coffee liqueur (30ml) Tools: baking mold, whisk
! Making tiramisu:
1. The ingredients I used are the ones I typically use at home, with some that aren't necessary!!
2. Cut the biscotti cookies into uniform lengths.
3. You can place them in the mold now or after they're made.
4. Use 30g of white coffee powder and add 100ml of hot water to brew, then let it cool slightly and mix in 30ml of coffee liqueur.

5. Beat the egg yolks until well combined.
6. Heat sugar and water in a pot until boiling.7. Boiling syrup 8. Gradually add the hot syrup to the beaten egg yolks, stirring continuously.9. Allow mascarpone cheese to soften at room temperature.

10. Mix it thoroughly until smooth.

11. Whip 200ml of cream until it forms peaks.
12. Gradually mix the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture, stirring gently to combine.

13. Dip the biscotti cookies in the coffee mixture without soaking them too much.

14. Arrange the dipped cookies at the bottom of the mold.

15. Place a layer of cream on top of the cookie layer.

16. Add another layer of soaked biscuits and pour more cream over it.
17. Refrigerate for half a day before serving, then dust with cocoa powder using a stencil. 18. Dusted with too much cocoa powder.

19. Cut your own window patterns as a mold.

20. Sprinkle the cocoa powder on top to decorate.

13. Slowly pour the cream into the cheese, using a spatula to mix evenly

14. Dip cookies in coffee (not soaking) and use them as decorations

15. Lay the coffee-dipped cookies on the bottom as the base

16. Pour the whipped cream mixture in, layering with crushed biscuits soaked in coffee on top

17. Refrigerate for half a day before removing and dusting with chocolate
