Banana Scone

Ingredients

  Bananas 2 pieces

  WheatFlour 120g

Egg wash as needed

Baking powder 8g

  Egg 1 piece

Powdered sugar 50g

  Butter 60g

  Milk 50ml

Banana Scone steps

1. Soften the butter into small pieces at room temperature.

2. Cut the bananas into small pieces.

3. Mix flour and baking powder, sift them together and pour over the butter.

4. Add the egg and powdered sugar.

5. Add milk.

6. Then add the bananas.

7. Knead into a dough, roll it out thinly crust.

8. Fold the dough from both sides to the middle.

9. Roll it out again to 5 millimeters thick thin crust,

and use a mold to cut out shapes.

10. Place parchment paper on the baking tray, arrange the scones and brush with egg wash.Baking oven at 180 degrees preheat.
