Green Olive Soup with Pigeon

Green olive12 pieces
Boiling water1500ml
 
Method for steaming doves with green olives

1.Ingredients:: Doves and green olives.

2. Rinse the green olives, cut them in half.

3. Clean the doves thoroughly, blanch them briefly.

4. Put all ingredients into the inner pot of a pressure cooker.Cook in the inner pot.

5. Add 1500ml of water.

6. Turn on the electric pressure cooker.

7. Place the inner pot with food inside the machine.

8. Rotate the lid to the sealed position, a "dook" sound will indicate it's sealed tightly.9. Select the "Soup" function and choose "Rich" for taste.10. The machine is operating now.

11. When done, the indicator light will turn off.

12. Do not forcibly open the lid or release pressure if the float valve hasn't dropped; to avoid scalding.

13. Once the float valve has dropped.

14. You can now open the lid and enjoy your meal.
