Stir-fried Tofu in Sauce

1. Prepare 250 grams of firm tofu wash, cut into large pieces and place on a plate for use. Raw Ginger slice, garlic slice and set aside.

2. Place the pot over heat and add a little olive oil. Heat the oil to 70% hot, then add ginger slices and slightly fry. Then pour in the tofu and gently stir-fry evenly before adding a little vinegar to remove the bean smell. Next, add salt and mung bean paste sauce and simmer for 5 to 6 minutes.
