Steps for making Cantonese shrimp dumplings

1. Cut the pork belly into pieces, mince it finely, and add salt Sesame seeds oil,peanuts oil,soy sauce a little bit sugar Stir with a in one direction until the meat becomes sticky

2. Lay out a dumpling wrapper, use a single chopstick to place a portion of the meat filling on it, fold and seal by pinching the edges together

3. Finished product

4. Boil water in a pot, add a few drops of oil (to prevent sticking), carefully place each dumpling in and stir gently. Once boiling again, add some cold water; this helps keep the dumplings from sticking to the bottom while also making them more tender. Cook for about two minutes until done.

5. In another pot, pour in freshly boiled large bone stock,and add the dumplings and a vegetable,lettuce for one minute as the flavors from the broth and meat filling are sufficient.
