Beef Fried Rice

Ingredients
Beef slices 200g
Onion 80g
Heat Rice 150g
Ginger Adequate amount in strips
Garlic slices adequate amount
Soy sauce Adequate amount
Rice wine
Adequate amount
Sugar
Adequate amount Pak Choi
Adequate amount Radish Adequate amount

1. Cut the onion into strips, slice the garlic, mix the sauce ingredients (soy sauce 3 tablespoons, rice wine 3 tablespoons, sugar 1 tablespoon, dark soy sauce 1 teaspoon)
