1. Sauerkraut in appropriate amount

2. Cut the sauerkraut and drain the water

3. Pork belly in appropriate amount

4. Slice the pork belly, put it in a pot with water and add star anise

5. Put on the lid and cook directly over high heat

6. When the mixture comes to a boil, add the sauerkraut and continue stewing

7. Cook according to your preference; about one hour is sufficient
