Steps for cooking pork ribs with black wood ear mushrooms and potatoes

1. Rinse the ribs, boil them in water to remove impurities, then wash them with clear water.

2.Black Wood Ear Mushrooms Soak in water until soft, remove impurities, and clean thoroughly.

3. Peel the potatoes, wash them, and cut them into large pieces.

4. Take a sand pot , add most of the water, put in the ribs, ginger slices, spring onion knots, star anise, cinnamon stick, a little vinegar, boil over high heat for 10 minutes, then simmer for 80 minutes. 5. Add the potatoes

6. Add the black wood ear mushrooms.

7. Boil over high heat until they come to a boil, then simmer until the potatoes are cooked.

Add some rice wine and salt, cook for another 5 minutes. Remove the spring onion knots, add MSG and chopped spring onions, and it's done. Tips
