1. Cooked duck stomach in half, cut into fine strips. Cut green peppers into threads, coriander into segments, spring onions into flower, garlic into slices.salt,pepper powder, chicken essence mix into sauce

2. Heat the wok, add oil as needed, add garlic slices, spring onion flowers, ginger threads, sauce, stir-fry until fragrant, then add duck stomach and quickly stir-fry together, add coriander and sesame oil before serving.
