  Pork belly 250g

  Garlic sprouts 150g

Red oil Doubanjiang (fermented bean paste) SauceGinger fermented broad beans Appropriate amount

Green and red chili peppers, appropriate amount

Home-style Stewed Pork Belly Recipe Steps

1. Wash the garlic sprouts and green and red chili peppers; cut the garlic sprouts into segments and the chili peppers into dice.

2. Add water to a pot, add garlic cloves, ginger slices,Clove of Pork and boil together. Remove after boiling and let it cool down, then slice it.

3. Heat a small amount of oil in the pot, add ginger slices and garlic, , ,Red peppers and white part of the garlic sprouts for two minutes, then add the green parts of the garlic sprouts and cook until done. Season with salt,Soy sauce to taste, and finally add a little sugar to enhance the flavor. Remove from heat.
