American ginseng stewed with black chicken

- Ingredients
- Duck.25 pound

- Steps to make American Ginseng Duck

1. Take a quarter of the duck (the amount can be adjusted based on the size of the cooking pot and the quantity of the chicken), cut it into two large pieces, wash it thoroughly.Blood Water, remove internal organs.

2. Place the washed duck, one small piece of ginger, appropriate amount of American ginseng slices, half a piece of dried jujube in the cooking pot, and add pure water or cool boiled water. Ensure it covers the chicken pieces but does not reach the edge of the pot.

3. Put the cooking pot into a larger pot filled with water, cover the lid, bring to a boil, then switch to low heat for 2.5-3 hours of simmering.

4. Season with a little salt before serving.

1 Marinate Radish juice should not be discarded as it contains nutrients that could be lost, and can be directly added to the cooking pot for stir-frying.
2 When making buns, do not flip the small portions; just flatten them. This will ensure they cook evenly with the layer on top.
3Carrot can be used in smaller quantities. My use of carrots was excessive, and the remaining filling was later used to make half the amount of this recipe.
4 During baking, high heat for a short time should be used to prevent the buns from becoming dry and hard due to over-baking.
5 For the wrapping process, I used the large-wrap method. I find that when making in larger quantities, the large-wrap method is more convenient and faster than the small-wrap method.
