Stir-fried Steamed Cod

Ingredients
Dried fish 250g
Oil as needed
Salt as needed
Ginger As needed
Green onions as needed

1. Wash the dried fish and cut it into two pieces
2. Rub salt on the fish to marinate
3. Prepare ginger, green onions, and garlic
4. Heat oil in a pan
5. Fry the fish until one side is done; turn off the heat and let it cool before flipping the fish over
6. Flip the fish and continue frying on the other side
7. After both sides are fried, add ginger and garlic to sauté
8. Add a little water to the pan
9. Pour in some soysauce
10. Cover and simmer for 3 minutes
11. Add green onions and simmer for an additional 10 seconds
12. The dish is ready.
Tips
To prevent the fish skin from peeling off, don't flip the fish immediately after it's done frying; instead, wait until the pan cools slightly before flipping to achieve a better result. Do not flip the fish right away; after frying, wait until the pan is no longer hot before flipping to ensure it looks nice.
