Chocolate Snowball

- Ingredients
- Unsalted butter100 grams
- powdered sugar50 grams
- low-gluten flour110 grams
- cocoa powder15 grams

1. Soften the butter at room temperature, then mix it with powdered sugar until smooth.

4. Place the dough in the refrigerator to chill thoroughly; once chilled, shape it into uniform small balls by hand.

6. Remove and let cool. Melt white chocolate over heat, then pipe designs onto the cooled snowballs.

This chocolate snowball recipe uses a lot of butter instead of brown sugar, and cocoa powder, giving it a rich chocolate flavor. Last night I made twenty or so; today, after taking photos, only two were left on the plate.Cookies weredry, very disappointing.
