American ginseng chicken soup

Ingredients

1. Wash the chicken thighs, drain them dry, cut into pieces and keep ready. Soak the black fungus in water, clean it thoroughly, then add ginger slices and stir-fry until the ginger turns slightly golden brown, then remove and discard.Goji berries (optional) Cleaned with a little water.

Tips

Chicken thighs can be replaced with any chicken, but thigh meat has better texture. Notoginseng for homemade soup can also use its roots as a substitute.
