Rock Sugar Papaya Soup with Two Snows

- How to Make Papaya and Pear Soup with Rock Sugar

1. Wash the papaya, peel and cut into pieces; wash the pear, peel and cut into pieces; peel and cut ginger into 2-3 slices; soak wood ear mushrooms in warm water until soft, then cut into pieces.

2. Add an appropriate amount of boiling water to the slow cooker, add rock sugar for taste (adjust according to your preference), then add all ingredients.

3. Slow cook for about 2 hours.

01. You can choose fish for this dish; sea fish have higher nutritional value than freshwater fish and firmer meat but with a stronger fishy smell. I used mackerel once, which tasted better than using Bass. Okay.
02. Do not add too much oil when making the dish to avoid the fish pieces sticking together due to excessive oil.
03. Use low heat and constantly stir during cooking, lifting the bottom pieces of fish meat with a spatula to prevent burning.
