Bean and Potato Stew

- Potatoes250g
- Husks beans200g

- Method of making potatoes and husks beans

1. Prepare the potatoes, then cut them into chunks.

2. Then fry the husks beans in the oil pan.

3. Prepare chopped scallions,ginger pieces.

4. Quickly stir-fry the scallions, then add the potatoes and husks beans, a little water, salt, and a small amount of soysauce.

5. Then simmer, using low heat, and add monosodium glutamate at the end.

6. Serve when the potatoes are cooked.
- Tips

Remember to fry the husks beans first before stewing; less water is needed for a more fragrant result. The husks beans must be fully cooked because they contain toxins.
