1. Prepared stewed ribs ready

2. Clean and wash fresh kale, then cut into segments for later use~~

3. Sauté green onions, ginger, and chili peppers in a pot, add ribs and stir-fry, then add kale segments and continue to stir-fry with a bit of water until cooked, season and serve~~
