Ingredients
Sichuan LapCheong 2 pieces
Cherry PlumRadish 1 piece
Ketchup As needed
Cilantro As needed
Alkali as needed
Steps for Sichuan LapCheong
1. Take out the frozen Sichuan lapcheong
2. As it is quite dry, soak in warm water for half a day; skip this step if it is more moist
3. Sprinkle with alkali as needed and gently rub
4. Rinse thoroughly with clean water
5. Add an appropriate amount of water, cook until done. Boil for about 20 minutes over medium heat due to its dryness
6. While cooking the lapcheong, prepare the garnishes, slice the cherries radish into petal shapes, place ketchup in the center and cilantro underneath them
7. Slice the cooked lapcheong diagonally into thin pieces
8. Serve on a plate
Tips
1: The alkali used to clean the lapcheong can be replaced with flour;
2: Lapcheong already contains various seasonings, so no additional ingredients are needed;
3: Slicing the lapcheong diagonally looks better.
