Ingredients
Flower Chinese Crucian Carp1 piece
 
Steps for cooking the fish

1. Scallion Ginger Garlic slices prepared.

2. One Chinese Crucian Carp, remove internal organs and clean, cut into three pieces.

3. Heat oil in a wok.

4. When the oil is seven-tenths hot, stir-fry the scallion, ginger, and garlic slices, remember not to put all of them in at once, keep some aside for later use.

5. Carefully place the Chinese Crucian Carp in the pot to fry both sides slightly.

6. Pour in enough water into the pot to cover the fish, then sprinkle with remaining scallion, ginger, and garlic slices, simmer over medium heat for 40 minutes.

Tips

1. When making this pancake do not use high heat, cook slowly on low heat, flip a few times during cooking.
